The recently released action adventure shooter RPG, Remnant: From the Ashes is receiving a new content update in two days. The new content information was revealed yesterday via a post on the official Remnant: From the Ashes Twitter page. The Tweet revealed that the content update would feature two key things: a new playable mode, as well as a new dungeon to explore.
The first piece of content that will be added is called Adventure Mode. This mode allows players to re-roll worlds as well as explore modified forms of previously played campaign missions. According to Gamespot, these modified campaigns will feature several differences from their main campaign counterparts. The modified campaigns might have different points of interest, dungeon locations, as well as enemy spawns. Adventure mode can be accessed by going to the World Settings and selecting Adventure Mode. It will not change player progress in the main game, and any items or traits that players acquire in Adventure Mode are carried over to the main campaign. This update will be accessible for free on September 12th.
The second piece of content that will be added is a new dungeon known as Leto’s Lab. In this dungeon, players will get to explore a Research Station belonging to Leto Apostolakis. Players will have to shoot their way through the lab in order to unlock its secrets. According to Gamespot, the new dungeon adds a bit of lore regarding world travelling as well as some fun puzzles. The new dungeon will spawn in the world after it releases on September 19th. Both of these updates will be completely free for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC.
