Ever been playing a game online and see other players start to lag about everywhere on the screen or just lose connection altogether? Most of the time this happens because the net code (basically what connects us to other gamers) is having problems. A bad net code can seriously be game breaking if it is bad enough; no one wants to get beaten up by an invisible player. Well don’t worry, as NetherRealm has said they have spent a lot of time working on Mortal Kombat Xs net code, to help prevent those problems.
Mortal Kombat’s co creator Ed Boon recently had an interview with AngryJoe, In the interview Boon had this to say about the net code “Oh yeah. It’s going to be improved over MK9, certainly even improved over Injustice. We really are focusing a lot.” In the same interview Boon revealed that after every game they have a “post mortem” about the game to see what they can improve, with that he had to say “Oh yeah. It’s going to be improved over MK9, certainly even improved over Injustice.”
Mortal Kombat X will be releasing April 14 of this year and will be bringing new brutalities and net code to make it an outstanding game. Will this new net code make you feel better about getting the game on release date? For keeping up on everything Fatalities, Brutalities, and Mortal Kombat keep coming back to mxdwn Games.
