As is being reported from Sony representatives, the PS4 will support voice control technology.
This bit of information comes via an Amazon listing the PlayStation Camera. In the release it stated that the camera would feature “navigational voice commands.” This information will be more highly detailed as we get closer to the PS4’s release November 15th.
Sony’s main competitor, Microsoft, will feature voice control technology through their Kinect device that comes bundled with the Xbox One. The PlayStation Camera, though, will be a separate accessory available for $60 on PS4 launch day.
