Microsoft currently has 50 games slated for the Xbox One launch, 19 of which are exclusive to the console, while 18 are new IPs.
The company has had a rough few months but Microsoft will not allow the Xbox legacy to go quietly into the night. Having mended a few nerd bridges by axing their genius DRM plans and mandatory Kinect requirements, it looks like the Xbox One is coming on strong before launch. Yes, it seems that enough foul-mouthed teens have pre-ordered their Call of Duty box that Gamestop have actually stopped taking orders, and these will be the games they’ll be playing on “Day One.”
Note: Exclusive in this case includes games only on Xbox and PC and games that are receiving an earlier release than other platforms.
