After its initial reveal, Crystal Dynamics and Square Enix were pretty tight lipped about Marvel’s Avengers for quite some time. Then, we finally got our first look at Marvel’s Avengers during Square Enix’s E3 2019 press conference. The game was revealed in all its glory via a trailer showing both cinematic and short gameplay excerpts. On top of that, we also got the release date for the game. A demo for the game was also shown behind closed doors during E3, however, there was no footage from the demo made public.
So it’s safe to say that many are wondering when we can expect another look at the newly revealed game. Well fans can rest easy and know that they won’t have to wait too long before they will get more news on the title. Marvel’s Avengers is confirmed to showing up at San Diego Comic Con during the Marvel Games Panel. The panel will be hosted by Kinda Funny’s Greg Miller.
Bill Rosemann, Vice President and Creative Director for Marvel Games will also be in attendance. They promised news on Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3, The Black Order, Marvel’s Avengers, as well as promising many unannounced surprises and panels exclusives. San Diego Comic Con takes place between July 18-21.
Marvel’s Game’s Panel will happen on the opening day of the convention and will kick off at 1:30 PM PST in Hall H. There’s no clue as to what they specifically have to show but it proves to be exciting nonetheless. Marvel’s Avengers is slated to release May 15, 2020 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC, and Google Stadia.
