As Forbes notes, “people getting ahold of your IP address can cause all manor of havoc with your internet connection with DDOS attacks, or potentially get their hands on other information. They also asked players to refrain from streaming if you are experiencing the issue.

The update adds a new villain sector featuring Monica Rappaccini as she wrestles with The Avengers over control of the Cosmic Cube. A new limited-time Cosmin Threat event is set to begin on June 24 and will run until July 8. The event has players searching for Cosmic energy trails caused by the Cosmic Cube. Engaging in the special Cosmic Threat event missions and completing Cosmic Damage challenges will reward players with a unique animated nameplate, gear, and other valuable rewards.
The new Cosmic Cube content continues the storyline from February’s Marvel’s Avengers Operation: Hawkeye – Future Imperfect and sets the stage for the upcoming releases such as Marvel’s Avengers expansion: Black Panther – War for Wakanda, launching in August.
