Elong Games has announced that Bloody Spell will be making its way to Steam Early Access on January 16. The game is a “martial arts action role-playing game” that is “battle oriented” and will combine “many fighting elements.”
The developers say that Bloody Spell has been developed by 5 people for more than two years. As of now, the game is more than 60% complete even though the process is difficult. Elong Games also says that “the game industry in 2018 understands the big environment.” The company hopes that they can get help to make the game as perfect as they can. “We are developers and players. We hope to make the game more perfect in this mode so that everyone can actively participate and complete the creation of Bloody Spell. We are still too young, we need support from everyone! I would like to thank Mr. Wu for his support throughout the development process.”
Right now, the version of Bloody Spell in Early Access has 2 large maps that’ll take you 3-4 hours to beat the final boss normally. With a near complete action system, adding more skills and equipment will increase the randomness of the levels that are available now. Bloody Spell is also interspersed with puzzle elements and mini games so the game doesn’t get repetitive.
The full version of Bloody Spell will add 8 maps, a new weapon type, new equipment and props, new mobs, elite monsters, and a new boss, new bloodthirsty skills, new mini-games, a multiplayer mode, and new cutscenes and text plots to flush out the story a little more. As the map will continue to grow, so will everything listed. The price of the game will be increased when the full version releases. Elong Games says that they plan to read every feedback from the Bloody Spell community and actively discuss how to make the game better.
