The creators behind the open-world fantasy RPG The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, CD PROJEKT RED, is thrilled to invite you to explore and have the witchest experience ever at next week’s Comic-Con in San Diego that takes place on July 24 – 27th. The studio will be present at a series of exciting events! Attendees that come to the Witcher Panel will receive a special Comic-Con limited-edition postcard that has artwork from Witcher, and is done by Simon Bisley.
“Since this is the first Comic-Con for Geralt of Rivia, we’re going the extra mile to talk to as many Witcher fans as possible, at as many places as possible–we have a really mighty line up”, said Rafał Jaki, Witcher franchise director, CD PROJEKT RED. “It’s a real pleasure to see The Witcher among all those comic book and movie characters we know and love,” Jaki added.
The first ever hour-long panel at Comic-Con, attendees will be able to get a preview of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, featuring the voice of Geralt of Rivia, Doug Cockle, and also get to see Paul Tobin, The Witcher: House of Glass writer, Nick McWhorter of Dark Horse and Witcher Franchise Director Rafal Jaki. The panel will not only have CD PROJEKT RED, but will also have a special guest, video game journalist/Spike TV GTTV host Geoff Keighley. This will be starting on Thursday, July 24th at 10 am-11 am, in Room 6A at the San Diego Convention Center.
The second panel taking place, you will be able to see Rafal Jaki again at the Art of the Game, which will be hosted by Dark Horse. This will be starting on Friday, July 25th, 4-5 pm, Room 7AB.
More exciting events will be happening at the Geek & Sundry Consumer Lounge at Jolt’n Joe’s Gaslamp (379 4th Ave), where on July 24th, The Witcher Trivia Madness will kick off at 2:30 pm. Take a sneak peek at The Witcher Adventure Game on July 25th, which kicks off at 10 am. Take on The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt in a demo, which kicks off directly after the sneak peek of The Witcher Adventure Game, at 11 am.
