Mafia 3 Extended Gameplay Video Helps Showcase The Game

A few days ago, 2K released an extended gameplay video. This 16 minute video shows actual gameplay, cutscenes, and a commentary explaining some background to the story. The gameplay and story is amazing from what we can see so far. This time instead of being a part of the mob the mission is to take down the mafia as an act of revenge for killing your friends. And rather than being a mobster this time you play as a Vietnam veteran in an area similar to that of New Orleans. Below is the full gameplay video. It would be wise to watch the entire video as it shows a lot of different qualities of the gameplay, shootings, action, the environment, vehicles, and so much more.

This is not the only Mafia 3 video that has been released recently. According to GameSpot, “Days ago, 2K released a trailer that showed off the ways you can make money, while another video showcased Clay’s deadly arsenal. Additionally, 2K recently announced its post-launch DLC plans, which includes free content in addition to paid expansions.” Each video helps showcase to the fans what they can expect from the game on release and in the future. All of which looks great and since it’s been 6 years since Mafia 2 was released the fans are probably excited to jump back into this beloved franchise.

Mafia 3 is only a week away from being released on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC for $60. The official release date is October 7th, 2016. It has also been confirmed that there will also be a mobile version called Mafia 3: Rivals.
