Los Santos Tuners GTA V’s Biggest Update Yet

It’s hard to believe that Grand Theft Auto is already eight years old and is almost on its’ third console generation. This game has literally transcended generations, and what’s even crazier is that it’s somehow only getting more popular. Just recently, Grand Theft Auto V Online got a brand new update that pimps that ride. The Los Santos Tuners update introduces underground car meets where players can show off their vehicles and mod them in real-time. The update will also act as pseudo-release for real music from Rockstar, as IGN reports.

If that sounds like enough to get you to try GTA V Online, then you’d be in the majority, because this update has become one of the game’s most successful releases of its entire eight-year run. This achievement just goes to show that Grand Theft Auto V is incredibly still as popular as it ever was– if not more.

Players might be surprised to learn that GTA V has yet to release on next-gen platforms. The official release on Playstation5 and Xbox Series X|S will come on November 11th. According to IGN, these new versions will also contain exclusive content. It’s incredible to think that this game has even more content on the way in 2021, but clearly, Rockstar has no intention of slowing down its’ support.

Hopefully, these releases can tide over fans for the time being, because a new entry in the Grand Theft Auto franchise might be a long way off, as IGN reports. Industry insiders have corroborated that Grand Theft Auto VI likely won’t be released until 2025 or 2026, so don’t go holding your breath. Until then, GTA V Online’s slew of excellent updates will have to be enough.
