Yeah the title may have rhymed a bit but thats not stoping me from reporting on the fact that Call of Duty will have a new game coming out that once again sends people back in time, not unlike the highly successful Battlefield 1 cough cough. But I digress, because developer Sledgehammer Games has planned a full reveal to be done in a live stream at the middle of next week.
So far the development team has remained fairly quiet about what the game holds, with Activision only providing a few small images and a small bio in a blog post.
This year Sledgehammer Games joins the WWII ranks of Call of Duty with Call of Duty: WWII, which will bring the series back to World War II after nearly ten years. We can’t wait to tell you more about Call of Duty: WWII, so be sure not to miss the reveal livestream at 10:00am Pacific on April 26. We’ll see you there, soldier.
As I’m sure you deciphered from the above quote, the live stream will be happening at 10:00am on Wednesday April 26th. Now before you ask who exactly Sledgehammer Games is and what they have worked on, I’ll remind you that they were actually the ones in charge of Advanced Warfare, which may not be the best Call of Duty we have seen, but certainly not the worst.
Only time will tell and in four days and nineteen hours from now check back with us as we cover the live stream and break it down for you.
