You can create your own army using collected characters, troops, and vehicles that can later be upgraded for advanced damage potential. Armies can encompass characters from both the light and the dark side, so the entire realm of star wars is available to everyone. Battles take place in areas based on iconic locations from the Star Wars franchise such as Naboo, Hoth, and Geonosis. By placing specific defensive towers around your territory, you can gain an advantage on your opponent such as Droid-factories for immediate army regeneration and turbo blasters to shoot down attacks from the sky. Some characters work better with certain towers and less well with others, so players will have to be meticulous in how they craft their armies to ensure they are as cohesive as possible.
LEGO Star Wars Battles is currently available only for pre-registration and can be played on all iOS devices with up-to-date operation systems such as, iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple TV. An Apple Arcade account is required to play this game and can be purchased for $4.99 a month.
