Legendary Pictures Launches Warcraft Exhibit On Tour

On Friday, Legendary Pictures posted via their website that, in a fun and fan friendly promotion for their upcoming Warcraft movie, the film studio went out of their way to erect an entire museum experience in Joycity in Chengdu, China. The exhibit is free to meander through, and offers fans and shopper alike a chance to view props, statues, weapons, and costumes from the highly anticipated film. Think of it as a cheeky sneak peak into the world of Azeroth. Legendary Pictures is quoted:

On December 31st, the upcoming Warcraft film thrillingly comes to life with the biggest free movie-themed exhibition ever mounted in China.

The Legendary Warcraft Experience kicks off at Joycity in Chengdu, offering visitors the chance to come face-to-face with incredibly lifelike character statues, and over 150 props, weapons and costumes right out of the movie.

In addition to the handcrafted physical exhibits, visitors will also get to experience an innovative Virtual Reality ride on the back of the mythical Gryphon as it soars through the skies over Azeroth, the fantasy world from the film.

The exhibit will not be remaining solely in Chengdu, however. It is reported that the awesome display will hit the road on tour, but it is not specified yet whether or not the tour will make it to the United States or Europe as of this point.

Below are a few pictures provided from the good folks over at Legendary Pictures.

The Warcraft is still slated for a release date of June 10th, 2016.
