Korean Horror Game “Silent World” Gets Nintendo Switch and PC Release Date

Publisher CFK will release the horror adventure game Silent World for Nintendo Switch and Steam on March 19th. Nintendo eShop pre-orders will begin on March 12th and feature the game in English, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, and Korean.

As featured on Nintendo EverythingSilent World is a horror adventure game featuring dark moods and the constant pressure to escape the hostile mutants created by the recent nuclear war. In this game, the player leads a single survivor through the darkness around them using the aspects of walking and hiding. As told from their word,

Anyone and everyone can enjoy the stages filled with dark and bleak background, frightening music and various puzzles. The only hope is a match—use its light to make your way in the endless blackness.

From the trailer and description alone, it sounds like Silent World will be a scare filled romp through the dark with the only candlelight to guide you (almost in the style of popular video game Limbo).  Below is the official trailer for the game.

In other news concerning Steam, the platform is finally announcing that Borderlands 3 and campaign expansion pack are coming out on March 13th, 2020. Just a few days ago, Steam also announced that they will be re-adding Grand Theft Auto IV to their game queue, even though it has a few lovable features missing.

In the world of Nintendo, The Pokemon Company announced that they will be releasing a new dark/grass type Pokemon for a limited time, along with the constant rotation of Max Battles featuring fan-favorite Pokemon such as Mewtwo, Charmander, Bulbasaur, and Squirtle.
