Jonas Brothers Collaborate With Candy Crush Saga

Candy Crush Saga has teamed up with the pop artists trio, the Jonas Brothers, to kick off the game’s new Music Season. The Jonas Brothers’ newest album will be premiered in the game a whole twenty-four hours before its initial debut.

Candy Crush Saga will have access to key tracks from the group’s upcoming release “The Album” ahead of any other platforms. The songs “Summer Baby” and “Sail Away” will be exclusively available through the mobile game which are exclusive videos of the pop artists’ performance at the one-night-only gig they had at the Royal Albert Hall in London. The entire album is not said to officially release until May eleventh. On top of that, the game will feature a remix of the Jonas Brothers’ song “Waffle House.” Players and fans will be able to enjoy these in-game experiences until May eighteenth.

Furthermore, the Jonas Brothers will appear as candy versions of themselves within the game. Joe Jonas and Nick Jonas will be the ones to be integrated into Candy Crush Saga to promote their album while immersing players in the “Music Season” that will run from the eighth of May to the twenty-eighth of May. Players will watch as the brothers transform and travel around all of Candy Kingdom in their tour bus. The season will have plenty of new events and challenges to provide players with many inventive experiences such as collecting guitar candies and earn in-game rewards.

The Jonas Brother revealed this collaboration with King by starring in a playful short film where the artists hone their musical and Candy Crush Saga skills.

Jonas Brothers commented that “We’re suckers for a game of Candy Crush Saga, having spent years playing during downtime on set, and competing against each other while on the road. We cannot wait to invite fans into our favorite game to listen to our new music before it can be heard anywhere else. They’ll also see us turned into characters in the game! For us, that’s almost the most exciting part…”

Chief marketing officer at King, Fernanda Romano meanwhile added, “The Candy Kingdom is completely starstruck, and we’re thrilled to welcome Kevin, Joe and Nick to the vibrant world of Candy Crush Saga. As we celebrate King turning 20 this year, and continue to drive the Candy Crush franchise forward, we’re excited to create a space for curated music experiences and exclusive content, as well as provide our players worldwide with new immersive ways to play and engage with the game.

Candy Crush Saga is a casual, match-three mobile game free to download on both Google Play and the iOS store.
