On the anniversary of Indigo Park Chapter One’s release, May 18th, 2024, developer and publisher UniqueGeese released a teaser trailer for Indigo Park Chapter 2. Chapter 2 is still in development and according to the description of the trailer, they do not have a planned release date set as of yet, but they would announce it the second they have one planned out. The team has more announcements up their sleeves for Chapter 2 that will be announced on their YouTube channel soon. Players interesed in the game can purchase Chapter 1 for free for PC through Steam.
Indigo Park is a first-person horror exploration game that takes players on a journey through an abandoned amusement park– the game could be compared to Bendy and the Ink Machine in its individual chapter release format.
Indigo Park Chapter One follows the main character who was able to get into the old park that was abandoned due to a mysterious and horrific incident. As the main protagonist explores the park, the player is guided along by the Rambley the Raccoon through tv screens, and players also come face to face with other mascots who are hunting the player down. Players will also be able to discover hidden secrets that unravel the lore that is being presented. By the end of Chapter One, the player arrives at Oceanic Odyssey and is greeted by an underwater mascot before the game ends.
The trailer gives a sneak preview of the new environment, completely different from Chapter One. Near the end of the trailer, they preview a new enemy the player may have to face against in the upcoming chapter, that was also previewed in Chapter One. The developer also teased on X that this trailer would be the sneak peak of the game, but more of the world will be previewed at MomoCon that goes from Thursday May 22nd to Sunday May 25th.
