Hitman Sniper Is Free To Play For A Limited Time

Square Enix Montreal has announced today that their award-winning mobile shooter Hitman Sniper has exceeded more than 10 million players. In celebration, Square Enix will be offering a version of the game that’s free to play from today to April 4.

Hitman Sniper is a mobile game available for iOS and Android that contains all the marks of the original Hitman series. There are numerous missions with countless opportunities to manipulate guards, and infiltrate the environment in order to land a stealthy kill. Players adopt the role of Agent 47, and contain their own autonomy over how to out-smart, subterfuge, and out-skill everyone in their way as they complete their contracts.

The Death Valley Mode is one of the major stand outs of the game that offers a real challenge- even for Hitman veterans. Players are pushed to fulfill their contracts in new zombie-survival environments, where their reactivity and mechanical skills are put to the test. Multiplayer is integrated through a leaderboard system that derives performance from challenges, and allows players to compare their accomplishments with others. Blood money, named after the beloved Hitman: Blood Money, is an in-game currency that can be collected and exchanged for upgrades or new weapons, among other items.

Since its initial release, Hitman Sniper has offered seasonal themed content, in-game additions, and game optimization used to enhance the overall player experience. Now that it’s free for a limited time, anyone interested should try out the variety this game offers.

Hitman Sniper can be downloaded from the App Store and Google Play now.
