Halo fans have been salivating over their next fix of free DLC. Today brings with it a full serving of free content for all players. The content includes new Warthogs, armor sets, and a new weapon scope, with other little things thrown in. The DLC does not come with any new multiplayer maps however.

Hog Wild is Halo’s 6th free DLC it comes off the heels of Memories of Reach earlier in the month. In the image bellow we can see some of the new shiny REQ items available to any player with Xbox Live Gold. As with many micro transaction games players will most likely be spending their own dime for these new toys.
With this being the most loaded DLC thus far it seems Halo and 343 are continuing to bring the goods and make gamers everywhere happy. Aside from a few expected balance issues, this is set to yield even more playability for Halo 5 now and in the future.
For all of the loot cravers out there, this is another means to quench the thirst that drives your hoarding spirit. Everything from shiny Warthogs to new guns teases us to grind away hours to get our beloved new gear first. The DLC is not the largest, not the most impactful, but will keep gamers tame for another month or so.
