It’s not unusual for games to leak out to the public before their official release date; after-all, retailers typically receive their shipments over the weekend prior to Tuesday launch days. What is unusual is the biggest game of the year breaking its street date nearly two weeks early.

Xbox 360 user, PainKiller Q8, has his hands on a legitimate copy of Grand Theft Auto V. He will not state where or from whom he received his copy, but expect fan jealousy to ensue.

Grand Theft Auto V will be available for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 September 17^th.
