With the recent rollout of GTA 5’s Cunning Stunts update, Rockstar has already announced that they will be letting players build their own crazy tracks throughout the skies of Los Santos. The update last month has allowed for taking the already glorious GTA races to the next level.
In the update, there was an addition of 27 different races that all have impressive jumps and loops throughout Los Santos. Now, with the addition of Cunning Stunts creator, players will get to create whatever they desire. According to the announcement players will be able to, “quickly snap and stack objects together, make branching tracks with split checkpoints”. Players don’t even need to download the patch, it’s been activated in the Rockstar Server.
Players have an assortment of options when creating their own races before sharing with the community. When creating, players will have 250 different Stunt Props (bowling pins, soccer balls, etc.) at their disposal. Rockstar has even hinted that there may be a Rockstar Verified Stunt Race contest to come in the future.
There has also been a new game mode that involves VIP’s called Entourage which is focused heavily on teamwork between VIP and bodyguards. The bodyguards will need to transport the VIP without knowing where they are supposed to take them. The VIP is the only one who knows where the objective is and will have to direct the bodyguards to where they need to go. During this time, anyone in the same lobby has the option to attempt and take out the VIP for the usual bonuses.
