The game Grounded will be launching on PS5, PS4 and Nintendo Switch this coming April. The news was announced on the developer Obsidian Entertainment’s website on February 21st. The game will be released on these platforms on April 16th of this year.

The game Grounded first came out in 2020 on Early Access for Steam and then fully came out in September 2022. The game was released on platforms such as Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, Windows, And Steam.

There will also be a “Playground mode” in the game where there will be a “suite of creative tools and building blocks that allows imaginations to run wild within the game”. players will get the chance to “design custom experiences” such as “boss battle arenas, escape rooms with traps”, whole “new gameplay experiences from RPGs to old-school shooters, or even racecourses with power-ups and obstacles”.
The mode includes over 300 world props, over 400 items such as equippables, resources, consumables, more than 100 harvestables, along with all the creatures in Grounded. Yes, including all of the bosses.
