Gearbox Entertainment officially revealed gameplay for the upcoming Borderlands 4 earlier this year. Gearbox has refreshed the Borderlands experience, introducing a lot of new traversal mechanics to the series such as double jump, glide, dash, and the use of a grapple hook. Gearbox has also ramped up exploration and traversal with new mechanics as well. Today, during Borderlands Fan Fest, Gearbox released an official story trailer showcasing the new vault hunters, factions, enemies, and more as the citizens of Kairos fights to break free from the oppressive Timekeeper, a ruthless dictator who dominates the masses from on high.
