Gang Beasts is a beat-up’em party video game with wacky physics, great melee attacks, and hazardous elements set in the fictional environment of Beef City. Opponents are knocked down but not fully out unless thrown out of the ring.  Nothing is known about the whereabouts the characters are only seen for the color of their gang which radiates through their body with the possibility of eight different colors, you can truly taste the rainbow. Developed by Boneloaf, a small indie company that has knocked it out of the park with this game, rivaling many other fighting games with this style of combat.

Do not worry if you do not have a Switch, because this one-of-a-kind game has been out for some time now for PC, Xbox One, Xbox One X|S, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5. With all the fighting and violence you would think this game is not family-friendly, but that is not the case as there is no blood and that includes when your character gets thrown in a death trap. Warning these are professional gang beast characters do not try this at home or anywhere with a fireplace.

The controls can be a bit wacky but after playing for a while you should be able to pick up the subtle things that truly make Gang Beasts a masterpiece. Some of the unique costumes include a trucker hat, suit and tie, and even the iconic chicken suit. With something for everyone, Gang Beasts is sure to be a must-play for years.

John Alford: Hey, I am John Alford and I like video games. Video games are an escape from reality's grasp on an decaying earth. Video games let you get away with crimes and actions you should never dream of doing in real life. If I am not playing video games, I am watching LSU, Saints, and cheering for #18 Kyle Busch in NASCAR.
