Forza Studio Turn 10 is Collaborating on the Development of a New Car Customization Game Set to Release for Mobile

On Thursday, developer Hutch announced that they will be working on a new car customization game for mobile gamers according to Video Games Chronicle. To help with the creation of the game, Forza developer, Turn 10 Studios, will be collaborating on this project. While Turn 10 will be helping with the creation of the game, their primary job will be providing creative input and guidance while Hutch works as the primary developer behind the game.

Both studios are well known for their racing game catalog. Hutch has created mobile games such as Rebel Racing, F1 Clash and Top Drives and the Forza Horizon series has had tens of millions of players across the series’ lifespan. The combination of these two studios will bring a large amount of racing game experience into the creative process behind this upcoming video game.

Hutch CEO Shawn Rutland acknowledged this in a statement he made about the upcoming game, where he said:

Our philosophy for game development is mobile-first, with gameplay experiences that work for players on this platform. We’re committed to creating strategic games that enable our community of players to celebrate their passion for cars. It’s that same passion for cars, as well as creating platform-leading titles about cars, that brought us together with Turn 10. Coming together to work on a title made immediate sense and we’re incredibly excited to show you the results of our last few years of collaboration.”

As far as news about the game itself, there is very little to report on. There has been no mention of the game’s name or any release window in the Thursday announcement, but the companies assured fans that the title will be revealed in due time. For now, fans will just be teased with this information, with more announcements sure to come from Turn 10 and Hutch in the upcoming months.

Alex Balderston: I am a news writer with a love of all things video games. My dad got me into video games at four years old with Backyard Baseball and since then I have been hooked. I have a sweet spot for Nintendo games, however I am always looking for the new games to spark my interest.
