Forza Horizon 5 released an update that is sure to have players excited. The game, developed by Playground Games, is already a hit but is looking to keep fans engaged with the additional updates.
The most recent update fixes many different aspects of the game for players. The update fixes smaller bugs such as a dent in the Jaguar XJS220s and general stability and performance improvements. More notably, the game also updated the progression system for the online mode. Badges will now be unlocked through gameplay in the mode and will change the way players race.
The game will see some general updates to the game including stability and performance improvements and an improved save feature that will reduce chances of progress loss. Additionally, more seasonal map pins as well as fixes to the car’s brake calipers that sometimes get left behind when the car is changing tunes in Freeroam.
Online modes have also seen improvements with the addition of a new progression system. The new system will include badges that can be unlocked through gameplay. Similarly, custom racing options have been added as well as fixing a bug that left some players waiting in the post-game for too long.
Some cars also received updates in Forza. The dent in the Jaguar XJS220s has been fixed in addition to brake calipers being correctly offset on the 2014 VW Golf R. Smaller issues such as the quiet superchargers of muscle cars or shift animations have also been adjusted in the update.
