For the latest round of map updates, the change has been revealed due to fans seeing the ever-lowering water level decreasing during Season 3 which ended up unveiling a few submerged areas. Within the last few weeks, players were able to see revealed locations such as Ricky Reels and Dirty Docks but still no sign of the Atlantis area. But it was then leaked early in the season once after Aquaman was added to the game as a skin which gave fans the idea that it was a matter of time that Atlantis would show for potential players to explore.
With this new location called Coral Castle, as given in the name, it’s a castle that has a lot of coral. In the castle, there is a central keep that has an indoor pool, it also includes outer towers and walls. The coral can be collected as bricks which will be very useful for players to use, for now, it can only be reached by air or by water. Since the beginning of Season 3 being released, the developers of the game shared with fans that there will be cars in the new season but so far no news has broken about that.
Players will have a chance to come along in several mini-quests even though most of the locations are unknown right now. Fans are still exploring and discovering new developing secrets within the season which players will enjoy exploring Coral Castle. Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 3 is available now.
