A brand new season of one of the most successful games ever, Fortnite, is upon us. This past season saw the introduction to Chapter 5 and it looks like Epic Games is continuing to only go up from here. The past couple of weeks have seen many leaks and rumors, but now it is fully confirmed that there will finally be a Greek mythology themed season coming to the game. The season titled, Myths and Mortals, will be launching very soon, with our first look coming today from a teaser on Fortnite’s X account. It showcased our first looks at Hades, Aphrodite, and even the King of the Gods himself Zeus. We also got to see other Gods like Ares and mythological figures like Cerberus.
The trailer showcased some potential playable items as well, which actually correspond with certain rumors of the past couple days. It seems that Hades chains, and Zeus lighting bolt will be mythic items in the game, and with the streak of amazing mythic items in the game as of late these will very likely not disappoint. We also got out first looks at two brand new locations that will be coming to the Fortnite map, those being Mount Olympus, and The Underworld Hades. Both equally important areas in the realm of Greek mythology itself. There will be a full season reveal tomorrow potentially marking the beginning of the season as well.
