After a bizarre and disappointing development and release of The Day Before, the development company are back and requesting support from whatever may be left of their community. Fntastic are promoting a new multiplayer game called Escape Factory and are once again looking to crowd funding to help fund the development of the game.

Fntastic initially came under fire after multiple delays and accusations of scamming were targeted at the company. This eventually led to The Days Before being scrutinized upon release. The game’s servers were shut down 46 days after its release. The Days Before at one point was the most wish listed game on Steam and became one of the most infamous games of all time.
The developers new game, Escape Factory is being promoted as a multiplayer, physics based game that has 4 to 8 players attempting to escape a factory in the style of the recently popularized, Chained Together. The game is aiming for a Halloween release and currently has a free demo available. However, what raised peoples eyebrows was when the Kickstarter to raise $15,567 to refine the game from player feedback.
When confronted with opposition in response to the the tweet at the top of this article, Fntastic responded:

As of the publishing of this article, Escape Factory has currently raised $9,859 of the $15,567 goal and has 28 days remaining on their Kickstarter.
