Fitness Arcade Mobile Game, Downhill Legend, is Now Available to Play Worldwide

The first-ever fitness arcade mobile game, Downhill Legend, has just been released to be available worldwide on iOS and Android devices. Until now there has been no gameplay quite like this, and to make it even better, Downhill Legend is targeted towards players looking to get their fitness routine back on track now that life is starting to return to normalcy from the pandemic. The storyline is very clear on its purpose. SissyFox has just pushed a boulder to the top of a mountain, but unfortunately, it fell all the way back down to the bottom due to parks being closed as a precaution for an international pandemic. Hmm, seems like a metaphor is at play? The player’s goal is to get the dejected SissyFox back into shape so that he can have the strength to climb the boulder back up.

The app links up to your device’s Health App so that with every step you take, SissyFox also takes a step. The more active you are the more active SissyFox will be, and he will slowly get more and more fit. This all happens outside the gameplay working more as a way to upgrade SissyFox and gain rewards. The gameplay itself is a classic runner game where the players are challenged to maneuver their boulder through a variety of obstacles such as mountains, plants, and tunnels in order to reach the bottom. The game takes advantage of the gyro function or steering wheel mode as a means to move the boulder. For a better understanding, check out the trailer below.

Also included in Downhill Legend is a possibility to compare progress with friends and family as well as an all time leaderboard to keep players as motivated as possible to keep up with their progress. Customize your SissyFox for a personal touch and get upgrades and boosts as well. Downhill Legend is available both on the App Store and on the Google Play store.
