Nintendo’s current 2022 lineup is already filled to the brim with some heavy hitters. This includes Kirby and the Forgotten Land, and Advance Wars 1+2: Re-Boot Camp, with the former set to launch on March 25, while the latter has yet to receive an official release date. The biggest questions going into tomorrow’s Direct will be in regards to three major titles, Bayonetta 3, Splatoon 3, and the sequel to The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. All three have built up a decent amount of hype and anticipation, albeit with little to no general information since the middle of 2021. Tomorrow is possibly Nintendo’s best chance at filling us in and giving offering up some potential release dates or time frames.
Of course since this is Nintendo we’re talking about here we should also expect some surprises. The Nintendo Direct has given some fans major swerves in the past. A prime example of this is the most recent one where the company revealed both the Mario movie and the cast, which sent the internet into a major frenzy. It’s anyone’s guess as to what Nintendo will be throwing our way once the Nintendo Direct commences, but one thing is for sure, the entire world will have reactions, good and bad, and we cannot wait to see what’s coming up.
The Nintendo Direct will officially be streamed tomorrow at 2:00 PM PST/5:00 PM EST on the company’s official You Tube Channel.
