The Final Fantasy Trading Card Game was designed by Taro Kageyama, being known by players by its use of strategy, luck, and fast-paced gameplay.
The Opus I booster pack features designs from artists such as Yoshitaka Amano, Tetsuya Nomura, and Akihito Yoshida. Each card set will be available in a standard or premium foil version for those wishing to collect the entire set. Opus I will have a total of 216 cards covering 30 years of Final Fantasy. They will also have cards themed after Final Fantasy VII Remake, Dissidia, and World of Final Fantasy.
Square Enix UK has already created a Final Fantasy Trading Card Game tutorial series to show new people how the game is intended to be played. If the video is not enough they have also provided a pdf, obtainable off their website, that gives detailed rules on how to play the game.
Along with this tutorial series, they have also added an interview with the games creator, Mr. Kageyama. In the interview he talks about some strategy and what players should expect when playing.
