A little more than half a year after Bethesda released their first free mobile app, Fallout Shelter, they have planned for a major update to be released this week. Based on this major update maybe the developers are really considering continuing their branch into mobile gaming? Because of their success and the complexity of this update, Fallout Shelter could really be opening up the door for them.
The details on the new update for Fallout Shelter was released earlier today on Bethesda’s website. In this big update, you will be able to build new rooms, get new items from lunchboxes, and even give your dwellers pets! Lunchboxes will now contain five cards, and the fifth card will be junk, which Bethesda says is more useful than it sounds. Not only can you now get outfits and gear straight from Fallout 4 on your quests, but you can also craft them in the safety of your vault.
These new rooms allow for further customization of your dwellers. Build a barbershop to customize their appearance, or build a crafting room to make your own gear and clothes. You can also give your dwellers little critters to accompany them, such as dogs, cats, and birds with their own bonuses.
If you have not downloaded this game on your iOS or Android devices yet go and give it a try for a great Overseer and Fallout experience.
