Fallout Miami Drops New Trailer

Fallout Miami is an ambitious mod that plans on offering a DLC sized expansion onto the base Fallout 4 experience. Fallout Miami, like the name suggests it is bringing players down to the unexplored land of Florida. The player will decide the fate of the citizens of Miami Beach. The development team has been working on the mod for a couple of years and has just released a new trailer with the progress they have made so far.

The trailer demos the new environments that the player will be able and expected to explore. Most of the areas focus on the resorts that make Miami Beach a popular tourist destination, along with some glimpses into the Everglades. The environments aim to create some of the most colorful  Some new weapons and armors are put on display, with the real world Uzi making a short appearance.

Along with the new world space comes with some familiar enemies, ghouls, and bandits, but brand new fauna to overcome, including a mutated alligator that stalks the swamps. The largest-selling point of Fallout Miami is the expansion of the player’s influence on the world space. Faction reputation, perk, and skill checks, are all making a return in the new mod. As the player continues their quests, their standings with certain factions will change and they will face unexpected repercussions because of their decisions.

One of the new factions that the player will need to navigate and learn about is the automobile-worshipping Nuclear Patriots, or they can join the Enclave that will be making a return in the mod, with the goal to rebuild what is left of the United States. The team pushed their last update last winter, displaying the custom artwork that will be in the mod along with a soundtrack designed specifically for Fallout Miami.
