Crystal Dynamics, a Square Enix Studio, who has been behind the Lara Croft/Tomb Raider franchise has announced new info for their new game. Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris. The game will be launching Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC via Steam on December 9th, 2014. You will be able to customize your Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris experience in different ways with costume packs, powerful items, and unique weapons.
In Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris, players will get to continue the sequel from where Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light left off, and this time players will get to experience four-player co-op with Lara Croft. Take on a brand-new story and work together as you explore the temple, go against hordes of enemies that come from the Egyptian underworld, solve puzzles, and avoid traps.
As mentioned above about the Egyptian underworld, Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris is deep in the deserts of Egypt. You play as Lara Croft in a new adventure, where you must join with rival treasure hunter Carter Bell and imprisoned gods Horus and Isis, in order to defeat the evil god Set. “With the fate of the world at stake, Lara must recover the fragments of Osiris to stop Set from enslaving all mankind.”
Players who are interested in customizing their experience with Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris, there is a Gold Edition, which features “multiple exclusive items including a 3″ Lara figurine, an artbook filled with never-before-seen concept art, a folding map of the Overworld, and the Season Pass.” Players can get this at participating retailers in North America.
There will be different exclusive packs that will be at retailers, which features unique skins and character based skills, which are listed below:
- Assassinate Your Enemies with the Hitman® Pack, available on Steam and from participating digital retailers. Pre-order to receive the exclusive Hitman themed skins including the iconic Silverballers and The Agent ring, which gives your character increased weapon damage and more powerful bombs.
- Pick up the Ultimate Augmentation with the Deus Ex® Pack, only available on Amazon.com. Pre-order to receive the exclusive Deus Ex themed skins, including Adam Jensen’s signature combat rifle and the Augment ring, which reduces the cost of treasure chests by 10%.
- Become a Legend with the Lara Croft Legend Pack, only available at GameStop. Pre-order to receive the nostalgic Tomb Raider® Legend skins including a golden pistol and The Legend ring, which gives your character health regeneration powers and a more powerful torch.

There was also info announced about the Season Pass for Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris, you will be able to purchase the Season Pass and included in the Season Pass you will get all future DLC’s including the Icy Death and Twisted Gears Pack. There will be an additional 6 costumes in the upcoming DLC Packs, plus there will be more challanges for Lara, Carter, Horus, and Isis to conquer additional tombs. You will also collect a treasure trove of unique rings, amulets, and weapons. The Season Pass does not include the pre-order packs.
