Today game developer Rebellion has released their latest game, Evil Genius 2: World Domination. The game is currently available on PC through Steam. Rebellion is the same studio that created the Sniper Elite and Zombie Army series. Evil Genius 2: World Domination is a strategy simulation game where you play as a villain looking to dominate the world.
In Evil Genius 2: World Domination players will build their own evil lair and recruit henchmen and minions in order to defend it. The game features four different story-based campaigns, wherein each, the player takes control of a different evil genius, ranging from Zalika the scientist to Ivan the muscular madman.
The game also features three different islands to build your base on, each with its own advantages and challenges. Players will customize their lairs using a variety of devices and traps such as the Venus Spy Trap, the Pinball Bumper, and the deadly Sushi Chef. Players will send their henchmen on missions across the world in order to complete missions and increase the player’s criminal network.
Players will steal valuable loot so that they can recruit newer and better henchmen to do their bidding. A major key to success in Evil Genius 2 is recruiting powerful minions that complement the player’s own play style.
Evil Genius 2: World Domination is now available on PC through Steam. A deluxe version of the game is also available which includes the season pass, the Fountain of Youth and Trojan Horse items, and the Aurora Borealis in-game bonus item. The standard game is currently available for $39.99 and the deluxe edition for $59.99. Additionally, up until April 6 players who purchase the game will receive a 10% discount.
