With E3 2018 only a couple months away, fans are only growing more excited as developers plan to show off the big projects they’ve been working on behind closed doors. A few companies have already announced the dates for their E3 press conferences. And now Electronic Arts has come forth and given the date and time that their EA Play presentation will take place this year.
The EA Play conference will kick off on Saturday, June 9 a full day before both Microsoft’s and Bethesda’s conferences. It’s not a big surprise that the company is choosing to hold it’s own separate event apart from E3 as this has been the case for the past few years. The presentation’s venue will be the Hollywood Palladium in Los Angeles at 11 AM PT. The show will be open to the public so fans who are interested in attending the event can register here. However, for those not able to attend the event will be live streamed on various platforms even after the presentation has concluded.
In addition to announcing the time slot for EA Play, the developer also teased big announcements for their conference this year. This go around fans can expect to see some new reveals for the next Battlefield, Anthem; BioWare’s newest IP, and a few new EA sports titles that are set to come out sometime this year. The developer stated that there will be “gameplay reveals” and to expect some “big announcements” from “some of the biggest content creators in gaming.” EA also says that there will be some surprises in store so fans should keep their eyes open for anything new.
