Diablo IV Stunning Cinematic and Release date revealed at Game Awards 2022

An all new cinematic was revealed at the game awards for Diablo IV the next installment of Blizzard Entertainment’s legendary RPG franchise. The cinematic showcased a Holy Knight and his forces battling against Lilith the queen of monsters and her demonic army. Lilith is voiced by American singer and songwriter Halsey who performed a song before the cinematic was played.

The battle showcased a Holy knight using his light to blind Lilith’s demons so that he can attempt a final killing blow against her before the cinematic cuts away. The cinematic showcases what the player is in for in terms of the story which is that the forces of Heaven and Hell are in conflict with each other and the player is caught in the crossfire. It is up to the player to decide between up to five classes; Barbarian, Druid, Necromancer, Rouge, and Sorceress. The game is also set to have an open world for added exploration. The release date for the game was also revealed at the end of the cinematic, June 2023.
