Destiny 2 Devs Discuss Endgame Content Improvements

Since Destiny 2’s release last month many players have enjoyed exploring the world and interacting in all that it has to offer, but some fans have recently complained that the endgame content isn’t enough to keep even the most committed fans engaged in the game. There has been quite a bit of feedback that the endgame content is lacking in the incentives that made the original Destiny so enjoyable for players to continuously come back to. It is said that the level cap is too easy for players to reach and there isn’t enough high level content available to go around.

In a weekly update developer Bungie has stated that they have received the criticism and has started internal discussions to improve the endgame experience. Although they didn’t give any details, they did say that they will further discuss their plans to address the problem in a more in depth manner soon. This strategy gives Bungie time to develop a successful plan to satisfy it’s fans need for more endgame content, but also lets the fans know that their voices are heard.

Community manager Chris “Cozmo” Shannon wrote in the statement “Right now, these discussions are also happening in our studio. We are listening, but need time to digest everything and draw up the best plans for the future. We will have more to say on this soon. Please stay tuned, and keep the conversation rolling.”

In other Destiny 2 news, Bungie has announced the final system requirements that players will need for the upcoming PC release of Destiny 2 which will release on October 24 at 10 AM PT / 1 PM ET / 2 PM BRT / 6 PM BST.
