D&D Direct 2024 Showcased New Dungeons & Dragons and Magic: The Gathering Collaboration

A new set for Magic: The Gathering highlighting Dungeons & Dragons was recently announced. Wizards of the Coast revealed a Magic: The Gathering super drop that celebrates Dungeons & Dragons 50th Anniversary through new Secret Lair card sets.

These new card sets feature fan-favorite characters from Larion Studio’s Baldur’s Gate 3, including Astarion, Karlach and more.

Wizards of the Coast gave fans more detail on the collaboration in the recent D&D Direct 2024. The live streamed event went live Tuesday morning at 9 AM Est and lasted under 20 minutes.

Since their release, the card sets have been selling very well. According to MTGRocks, multiple sets have already sold out.
