Yesterday, a new trailer was released for the upcoming dungeon crawler, Cat Lady. The trailer revealed gameplay content as well as the basic premise of the game and several features. The game follows the protagonist Ally Marie as she tries to rescue her grandmother from a bunch of ghosts that have kidnapped her. The ghosts have taken possession of various household objects and the player must fight past them with talking cats in order to save their grandma.
The combat system has you use Ally’s grandmother’s cats to fight the ghosts. Each cat has a unique power that allows you to diversify your weapon choice. The kissy cat Nelly fires off hearts in a spread shot, while the wizard cat Mildred shoots out fireballs. From the trailer, we have seen that there are several types of cats that are currently unnamed. The trailer revealed a water cat, an electric cat, and some sort of box cat. The player can switch cats by getting close to them and picking them up. But be careful not to get too close or the cats will have to carry Ally to safety.

The gameplay trailer states that the game will be released soon, however, the exact date is unknown. The price, and the consoles on which one can play this adorable dungeon crawler are also unknown at this time. But we will know more once new information is released.
