ByteRockers’ Games and btf are teaming up for a vibrant and varied showcase at Gamescom 2025, presenting six playable titles that span genres, moods, and artistic visions. Fans attending Europe’s biggest gaming event can get hands-on with fresh builds of Constance, OKU, Exovia, Net.Attack(), Let Them Trade, and The Berlin Apartment at their shared booth in Hall 10.2.
Front and center is Constance, a 2D hand-drawn action adventure from btf, where players step into the shoes of a paintbrush-wielding artist fighting to escape a decaying inner world shaped by her mental state. With fluid paint-based mechanics, players solve puzzles and overcome enemies across six biomes in a non-linear world filled with secrets, collectibles, and side quests. Constance is launching on PC on November 24, with a console release coming in 2026.
Another standout is OKU, a newly signed poetic adventure by Irox Games. In this meditative journey, players glide through woodblock-style Japanese landscapes as a traveling monk. The goal is spiritual growth, with gameplay focused on riding the wind, composing Haiku-like poems, and unlocking forgotten paths sealed by time. With shared player poetry and gentle puzzles across shifting seasons, OKU offers a reflective and tranquil experience. It’s coming soon to PC, with a release date still to be announced.
Also playable on the show floor is Exovia, a relaxing asteroid mining and logistics sim. Set on a lonely asteroid far from Earth, players take on the role of an engineer tasked with building a warp gate to enable humanity’s leap to the stars. Using a combination of manual extraction and eventual automation, players craft tools and construct machines in an effort to turn cold rock into a productive, living system. Exovia launches on PC in 2026.
For players looking for faster action, Net.Attack() is a top-down roguelite that fuses combat with coding logic. Players build attacks using a visual, drag-and-drop node system to construct algorithms on the fly. The interface is designed to be accessible for non-programmers, offering depth for experienced coders and newcomers alike. With evolving arenas and unlockable nodes, and upgrades, each run in Net.Attack() brings new strategic decisions. The game is currently available in Early Access on Steam.
Fans of more relaxed simulation experiences should check out Let Them Trade, a medieval city builder focused on autonomous systems and stress-free strategy. Players manage a growing trade empire, founding new cities, shaping supply chains, and collecting taxes while the citizens handle the day-to-day operations. Whether you want a chill sandbox or prefer guided scenarios, the game aims to deliver a rewarding but approachable experience. Let Them Trade is out now on PC as of July 24.
Rounding out the lineup is The Berlin Apartment, a narrative-driven exploration game set entirely within a single apartment. As a handyman renovating the space, players discover relics left behind by previous residents, each revealing a playable story with a unique tone, gameplay, and perspective. Framed by conversations between the protagonist and his daughter, the game creates a layered mosaic of memory and identity. With a bold comic book aesthetic and richly detailed environments, The Berlin Apartment invites players to piece together decades of personal and cultural history. It’s coming to PC and consoles, with a release date to be announced.
Visitors to the booth will also get to experience a slice of Berlin’s creative energy through the physical setup. The space includes a real bus stop, expressive graffiti, and emotional touches meant to mirror the themes of the showcased games.
“We’re beyond excited to partner with Irox Games and showcase OKU to the public for the first time,” said Maik Reichel, CEO at ByteRockers’ Games. “It’s an unforgettable experience, and the perfect fit alongside our own lineup of imaginative and emotionally rich games.”
Whether you’re into reflective adventures, city building, coding-based action, or emotional narratives, ByteRockers’ Games and btf are offering one of the most diverse and creative indie booths at Gamescom this year.
