Xbox One owners can now play Bully thanks to the backwards compatibility feature. Bully is a open-world game created by Rockstar Studios in 2006, making it the 10th anniversary of the game’s release.
You play as James “Jimmy” Hopkins, who is sent involuntarily to Bullworth Acdemy, set in the fictional town of Bullworth. The open-world aspect allows you to explore both the school and the town. You are expected to attend classes, but the classes are all minigames. For example, English class is a word scramble game. The game ends with Jimmy beating the main boss Gary and restoring order back to Bullworth Academy.
Jimmy is a mischievous character, so you’ll have to stand up to bullies, get picked on by teachers, play pranks on other students and fight for the affection for Jimmy’s crush Zoe, a rebellious girl who also wants to see an end to Bullworth Academy’s corruption. She also has a similar rough past with Jimmy.
Bully was originally released for the PS2, but Bully: Scholarship Edition was released for the Xbox 360 in 2010. For players who already own Bully: Scholarship Edition, it should show up automatically in your Xbox One game library. You can also buy the game at the Xbox Store for $15. Catherine and Raskulls can be played through backwards compatibility as well, Microsoft’s Major Nelson announced on Twitter.

With the additions of Bully: Scholarship Edition, Catherine and Raskulls, Xbox One’s backwards compatibility feature now allows players to play up to 300 games. Since this is Bully‘s 10th anniversary, Rockstar released new upgraded version for iOS and Android devices to celebrate the milestone.
