If players were ever curious about experiencing armageddon with their friends, then Totally Safe Moon Project is a game they should try out. It was developed by Fake Moon and published by rokaplay select. The official release date was announced back on October 12, 2026 and now the game is finally available for purchase on Steam.
An asteroid is heading straight for Earth and to save humanity players must build a tower that reaches the moon. Once they have reached the moon, they must deliver a powerful laser to destroy the giant asteroid. They will have a gravity gun to help them stack objects on top of one another.
Anything in their environment can be used to build their tower. Cars, stop sights, fences, trees, and even clouds can be manipulated with their gravity gun and stacked together. Players can choose to build this tower solo or with up to three friends.
The publishers posted an official launch trailer, highlighting the type of chaos expected of a game that gives players a gravity gun. They can add buildings to their towers, buses, even air planes as they upgrade their gravity guns. There are a variety of tools to help assist the player with collecting materials for their moon project.
The trailer highlights tools that can be placed on the player’s tower to make it easier to navigate. One tool allows players to grapple towards it and quickly cross the distance as they are placed around their tower. As the asteroid hurdles closer, there will be smaller meteors that players can see falling from the sky and strike their materials.
Totally Safe Moon Project currently has a 25% off launch day sale that will end on November 13, 2026. The base game is only $5.99 and players interested in this tower building fun should add it to their library.
