Bossa Studios recently released new footage of their latest project World’s Adrift. The developers announced the project late last year and have been relying on viewer feedback to see if production should even continue.
We first brought you the story this past December and relied heavily on the limited information shown on World’s Adrift website. Luckily with the new video, members at Bossa Studios are able to give you further insight on their upcoming project.
The footage shows off the core style developers are aiming for with World’s Adrift that will feature soft tones and a light atmosphere. Contrasts between night and day cycles give players a new feel on the environment that will affect how the game is played. A multitool will be the most basic way to complete tasks, crafting, and harvesting. Also crossbows were added that act as real physic projectiles.
More details will be available in the upcoming weeks as Producer Herb stated they’ll “be getting some really cool stuff,” and from there will give a broader view of what the truly games about. I’m really excited to see what the finish product will look like after more content is added. Based off the footage, the project appears to be very engaging with many moving parts that will fit together once its finished.
