The 29th newest hero in Overwatch was revealed at BlizzCon 2018 in grand fashion. Debuting in a brand new cinematic with famed cowboy, McCree, Ashe was revealed to the world as the brand new hero in the game. As the damage dealing leader of the Deadlock Gang, Ashe specializes in knocking away enemies and moving backwards with her second gun. For her Ultimate, she calls in her giant robot B.O.B., who also wears a special gentleman hat, to dominate opponents with his arm cannons.
As for the story, Ashe goes way back with McCree, and their relationship is rocky to say the least. McCree interrupts a highway robbery conducted by Ashe and her gang, dueling with all of them in a classic western standoff. McCree wins, of course, as he sends Ashe and the gang packing on a payload. McCree then opens a chest, revealing a new robot who may or may not be an important factor in the game later.
