One of the biggest releases of the year, Batman: Arkham Origins, will be coming to the Wii U on October 25 but will not include multiplayer unlike its chief rivals the PS3, Xbox 360, and PC.
In an announcement first spotted on IGN, Warner Bros. confirmed in a statement:
MP will be available for Xbox 360, PS3 and PC. The team is focusing development efforts on platforms with the largest MP audience.
This decision is no doubt in response to the Wii U’s lagging sales.
