ATLUS Launches New Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance Trailer Ahead of Launch

A new trailer for Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance has been released by ATLUS ahead of its launch next week. The trailer gives players more glimpses at its story and gameplay and all the new features added.

Some of those features include higher quality modern visuals and updated character designs, new and expanded areas, with new music and enemies. Additionally, Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance will feature updated gameplay with more accessible features, an improved battle system, and a new story path called the Canon of Vengeance.

Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance is the definitive version of Shin Megani Tensei V, allowing the game to reach audiences on other platforms. The game takes players on a journey through a post-apocalyptic Tokyo, ravaged by bloodthirsty demons. Players will need to navigate the protagonist through this terrifying world and defeat the demonic tyrants that plague it with his newfound powers.

Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance will allow players to diverge from the original story with the brand new Canon of Vengeance path which, According to the press release, will tell a story of a “dramatic tale of revenge.”

A Digital Deluxe Edition for Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance is also available. Players that purchase it will have access to the full game as well as the Mitama Dance of Wealth, Mitama Dance of EXP, Mitama Dance of Miracles DLCs and the Demon Subquest – Sakura Cinders of the East and Holy Will and Profane Dissent Demon sub-quests.

Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance set to release next week on June 14th. Fans can play the game on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PC via Steam, and Nintendo Switch.

Pre-orders are currently available for the game and it’s Deluxe Edition. Additionally, Players that pre-order will receive the 2 Sacred Treasure Sets” DLC as a bonus.
