Assassin’s Creed 3 Remastered Will Introduce New Covert Gameplay Mechanics

Ubisoft has announced the upcoming Assassin’s creed 3: Remastered will have gameplay improvements. The remaster will also have additional updates for the Nintendo Switch version, most of which will take advantage of the high quality features of Nintendo’s console. Ubisoft has stated that many of the changes are due to the fact that they want to construct a better balance between action and stealth in the game.

The original Assassin’s Creed 3 game included double assassinations which will be in the Remastered version, but a whole lot easier to pull off this time around. Another great addition is that whistling can be done from behind bushes; previously it could only be done when taking cover as well as free-aiming long-range weapons. They will be added into the Remastered franchise to allow better control with Ratonhnhake:ton’s weapon and bow.

The game also includes additional weapons for re-crafting, in-game economy, and added UI software for colorblind settings. Ubisoft wants to include as many of their gaming audience as they can in order to give their gaming fans a chance to experience the fun and adventure. New Legacy outfits will also be included, which will allow Ratonhnhake:ton’s to dress up as the protagonist from other Assassin’s Creed games such as Odyssey’s Alexios.

For all the Nintendo Switch lovers, the Remastered version of Assassin’s Creed 3 will include touch screen support to help navigate players to the menu section, motion control to help aim weapons, and changed design to better fit the Switch’s console features of going back and forth between docked and handheld. Also, an HD Humble support has also been added to the mix.

The rest of the March monthly updates will come to Odyssey in the next couple of weeks. On March 19 the new Abstergo- themed cosmetic items for Kassandra/Alexios and the Adrestia and her crew will be available along with Captain Octopus.

Assassin’s Creed 3: Remastered will be released on Xbox One, PS4 and PC on March 29 and for Nintendo Switch on May 21. The game will be released as a standalone title, but will also include Odyssey‘s season pass.
