Aquaman Villain Black Manta Now Available on Fortnite

With the newly released Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 3 Battle Pass, where the running theme is water world based; Fans began to look forward into what was yet to come for the new season being that its water will be the main concept. After some time, news broke that the Aquaman skin will be making an appearance on Season 3 during a weekly challenge. With the release of the Aquaman skins, fans would have to compete in various challenges that would be weekly throughout Season 3. The latest week of the Aquaman Challenge (Week 5) players would have to bring the King of the Seven Seas, Aquaman, to the island’s shores. Within the Season 3 Battle Pass, players who complete his five maritime Challenges and unlock his Outfit. Once completing the challenges, fans were wondering who else will be making it to season 3. In recent news, Fortnite has announced that they will be bringing Aquaman’s arch-nemesis the Black Manta skin to the game.

On the official Fortnite website they stated that “After unlocking the Aquaman Outfit, he’ll have another stop on his waterborne tour for you. While wearing the Outfit, dive over the waterfall at Gorgeous Gorge and unlock the Outfit’s Arthur Curry style (a style splashdown). But Aquaman isn’t the only visitor to have risen from the sea: on the hunt for his heroic adversary, the merciless undersea mercenary Black Manta is now available in the Item Shop as well as his signature Manta Blades Dual Pickaxe.”

If players missed any of the Aquaman’s Challenges, each challenge will award players with a unique Aquaman-themed reward. But whether fans have or haven’t started the Aquaman’s Challenges or just have the Week 5 Challenge left, all of the objectives will be available through the rest of Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 3 Battle Pass.
