Ankora: Lost Days Launching For Major Consoles in 2022

Ankora: Lost Days, the survival adventure game that mixes terraforming, crafting, and exploration, has just received the launch year of 2022 alongside an announcement from developer Chibig stating that the game would be coming to PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, and PC. The specificity of which version of the Xbox and PlayStation consoles were not included in the July 28 Twitter announcement, so we will have to wait and see what version of the platforms get the game first. In addition to the console and launch announcements, Chibig also revealed via Twitter that a Kickstarter for Ankora: Lost Days would start on September 7. As of July 28, the “cute-as-heck” Kickstarter already has 549 followers.

You will play as Mûn, a “Junior Ranger” from the Interstellar Patrol that experiences a spaceship crash that leaves her stranded on an unknown planet, Ankora. Mûn must gather up the necessary resources to survive the unknown elements of the land until she can seek out help. Because Ankora is a unique and rapidly changing planet, Mûn must have to adapt to varying obstacles like rivers, lakes, waterfalls, mountains, and monsters.

Crafting and exploration will be the main elements of this single-player survival adventure game. You will need to develop your own path and become one with nature in order to prosper on this new and foreign planet. With key feature elements like level-ups that enhance your skills, recipes that will improve your chances of surviving, weapons that help you craft, dig, modify terrain, and build structures–this fantasy-styled universe is sure one to look out for as its development continues to grow.
